From the misty highlands of Jalisco comes a spirit that defies expectations and redefines agave: Raicilla de la Sierra. Crafted in the rugged Sierra Madre Occidental, this rare and artisanal distillate is a tribute to centuries-old tradition, wild landscapes, and the untamed soul of Mexico. 

Made from the revered Agave maximiliana, Raicilla is produced using ancestral methods that honor the land and the raicilleros who have perfected their craft over generations. The agave piñas are slow roasted in above-ground clay ovens, crushed by hand and fermented naturally in open oak barrels and clay amphora. Distilled in copper pot stills, each small-batch is a masterpiece - raw, expressive and deeply rooted in terroir. 

At the inaugural Latin American World Spirits Competition, it was named Best-in-Class Raicilla and crowned the Top Regional Agave Spirit, beating dozens of contenders accross Latin America Forbes. These accolades confirm what connoisseurs already know: Raicilla de la Sierra is one o fthe finest agave spirits in the world.
