Crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Giovani Morales in Tzitzio, Michoacán, this small-batch mezcal is made entirely from 100 % Agave Cupreata, a varietal revered for its rich, aromatic character. Each piña is hand-harvested, slow-roasted, naturally fermented, and distilled with patient care to preserve the full voice of the agave.

On the nose, it reveals a soft aroma of cooked maguey, layered with caramelized sweetness, earthy tones, and subtle hints of spice and chocolate. The first sip opens with a medium sweetness, balanced by a fresh, herbal brightness. Notes of cocoa and a gentle trace of cinnamon give way to a smooth, savory undertone—a fleeting whisper of roasted meats that adds warmth and depth.
