Melaani Rkatsiteli is a dry white wine made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes, a classic variety from Georgia’s Kakheti region. This wine reflects the essence of Georgian viticulture, with its crisp and refreshing profile. The grapes are carefully cooled before being processed with pneumatic presses, ensuring the preservation of their natural flavors. Cold maceration enhances the wine’s aromatic complexity, resulting in a pale straw-colored wine with a clean and elegant finish.
